Full-time | $400, Part-time | $400 and Lot Owners | $250
WATER COMPANY YEARLY FEES collected annually
Effective April 1, 2023 - March 30, 2024
A Shares: Full-time | $230, Part-time | $205, Lot | $110, B Shares | $75.
WPPOA TITLE TRANSFER/IMPACT FEE
Effective June 6, 2020 | Title transfers for all homes and or lots will have an individual transfer fee of $1,000. The title company should collect the fee at the time of closing and should mail the fee to the WPPOA.
WATER COMPANY IMPACT FEE
Effective June 5, 2021 | Simultaneously, with the installation of a water meter on any A-Share, an impact fee will be assessed and collected. The current fee is $1,000.
WATER CERTIFICATE TRANSFER FEE
Anytime a water share is sold, a fee of $125 is required. The fee applies to both A and B shares and should be collected by the Title Company at the sale's closing and should be mailed to WPWC.
